On receipt of your order, we will contact you via telephone or email to confirm your shipping requirements and shipping costs. Your order will be processed only after confirmation with you.
Warranty
A Silk Story™ luxury silk-filled duvets, mattress underlays, pillows and silk fleece throws are made especially for Desert Rain International Limited and manufactured according to European standards.
The duvets and underlays have a five-year warranty while the pillows and silk fleece throws have a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or product abuse by the consumer and is void unless "Use & Care" instructions are followed.
